Body Language is an all-embracing dance and fitness studio seeking to accommodate people of various tastes, talents, and age groups. Our instructors are currently qualified to offer classes in the following styles:

Aerial Silks

Aerial silks is great for stretching and lengthening your muscles, great for relaxation, and can be lots of fun learning tricks and flips.  We hold class inside the studio but venture out once in a while to practice at the beach!


Aerial silks training will be held during our summer workshops. June 30th and July 28th


The ballet classes combine the techniques acquired during the conditioning classes to create beautiful choreography of the elegant dance form. Ballet lays the foundation for all genres of dance and is recommened as the first class to begin.


  • Ballet students are required to take one conditioning class per week



Our cheerleading squad meets and practices on the fields at the commmuntiy park. Their compeitive routines consist of dancing, jumping sequences, tumbling skills, and team building stunts. They condition, train, and run daily at practice to prepare for their annual competitions.


  • All cheerleaders are required to take one gymnastics class per week


Our gym is set up for learning skills at the beam, bars, and floor. These classes are very structured and divided up based on skill level. Coach Shelby leads the students in warm-up drills and rotates them throughout different learning stations. The students in these classes also come together to learn rhythmic gymnastics routines to perform at certain events.


  • All Gymnasts are required to take one conditioning class per week.


Hip Hop

Our instructor Kristi has traveled throughout her career learning from and dancing with choreographers for stars such as Britney Spears and Michael Jackson. She has a lot to bring to these classes and exudes an amazing high-level energy that is contagious and powerful. She will continue to take our hip hop group to competitions to show off their teamwork and excitement.


  • Hip Hop students are required to take one conditioning class per week

Jazz/ Lyrical

Jazz is a elegant form of hip hop, combining skills learned in ballet and gymnastics.  This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. Lyrical is a bit more soft and follows the lyrics of the music. 


  • Jazz/lyrical students are required to take one conditioning class per week


Tap dancing is considered the "Universal Language" and can be understood and communicated anywhere in the world. The original hip hop dance genre has greatly moderninzed throughout the years. Our tap classes are one of a kind, and are offered to begginer tappers, intermediate tappers, and the more advanced adult tappers.



Zumba is a high energy aerobics dance fitness class. By taking these classes you burn calories, have fun, and learn latin dance steps.

$10 walk-in or $80 for 10 sessions
